1) Do you come to our home to do an estimate? No. The cost of providing in-home estimates would have to be passed onto our customers and this isn't necessary. After 30 years and over 500,000 jobs, we know how to provide an estimate over the phone using an in-depth interview with you to determine your needs.

2) How do I know your estimate will be valid?
When you call our business, the phone is answered by a live person who has extensive cleaning experience. This cleaning professional will answer your questions and provide a cost estimate based on your answers to our in-home questionnaire. If all our phone lines are busy, please leave a message and a cleaning professional will return your call as quickly as possible, usually within the hour. If you prefer, send us an eMail or text us using the information on our contact page.

3) What is your hourly rate? As a prospective customer, you are basically seeking to purchase labor. Our rates are based on the hours required to do the job. Our rate is $25 per man-hour, with supplies and sales tax included. There is also a travel charge added to each service.  This can be from $15 to $25 dollars, depending upon location

4) What is the quote based on?
Our estimates are based on what 30 years of experience has shown to be usual for your particular situation. We include:

• Square footage
• Number of occupants
• Pets
• Frequency of Service
• Any other special circumstances that apply to you

Realize that this is just an estimate.  If the job is going to require more hours than is usual for completion, you will be informed of this as soon as it becomes apparent. We then require you to authorize the additional time or provide us with a priority list of what you would like completed in the time we have.

Our maids are professionals and work efficiently to ensure a thorough job every time we clean.  We promise that our maids will work for the time arranged and what they do will be done well. If you have been honest and forthcoming about the size and condition of your home, the time we quote will be accurate.

5) How soon before I can get an appointment? This will depend on the current workload. During normal periods we can usually get to someone as quickly as within a day or two. Occasionally we can even offer same-day service!  During peak-volume periods such as holidays, we may be booked a week or 10 days out - first come, first served.

6) Do I have to be home for you to clean?
No - we'll clean for you whether you're home or not.

7) Can I give you a key? Yes. Many of our clients have given us keys which are then issued to the cleaning team on the day of your service and returned to the office along with your payment.  No keys are stored at Supermaids' office overnight.
